Radwanski was the first player ever to be drafted by the Sidekicks.

Radwanski lead the Sidekicks in scoring Shorthanded Goals in both 1985-86 (tied with Perry Van Der Beck at one) and in 1986-87 (tied with Hayden Knight at one).
Radwanski was released on June 15, 1988. He later played for the Tacoma Stars from 1990-92. After playing outdoor seasons, and working in the front office of the Carolina Dynamo, Radwanski became the Head Coach of the Piedmont Spark of the W-2 (Women's Division III).
Radwanski is currently the Women's Head Coach at his Alma Matter, the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. He began coaching at UNCG during the 2001 season.
